DAY 1 -Airport / Colombo.

Arrive at Katunayake International Airport. You will be welcomed and assisted by a representative of Alpha Tours who will then take you to for Colombo. Check in to the hotel in Colombo. Overnight stay will be provided at Colombo.

DAY 2 - Colombo / Pinnawela / Kandy.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and leave for Kandy. En-route, visit the Elephant Orphanage in Pinnawela. Department of National Zoological Gardens has setup this orphanage for baby elephants found abandoned by their mothers. The best time to visit is during the feeding times when these elephants are fed by milk bottles. After lunch, proceed for a city tour of Kandy. Go for sightseeing various popular places including the Gem Museum and a souvenir shop in Kandy - (UNESCO declared it as a World Heritage Site). Check-in to hotel in Kandy and in the evening, visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic for the evening ceremony and view a Kandyan (traditional) dance performance. Stay overnight at the hotel.
DAY 3 - Kandy / Nuwara Eliya.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and visit Royal Botanical Garden in Peradeniya. The Botanical Gardens in Peradeniya, which was built as a pleasure garden and was expanded by the British. It is 147 acres in extent and provides an amazing variety of trees, plants and flowers. The Peradeniya Garden is easily one of the best of its kind in the world. The many beautiful avenues will leaf one to sections, which provide a burst of tropical color. The best known attraction of the garden is the Orchid House, which has more than 300 varieties of exquisite orchids from the rare indigenous Foxtail and Vesak orchids, to many natural and hybrid species which have made this one of the best known orchid centers of the world.

After lunch, proceed to Nuwara-eliya. Set in the heart of tea-country, this beautiful town is where the British succeeded in creating an English countryside, with homes in styles from Georgian to Queen Anne. Well-kept lawns with hedges, an Anglican church, and the famous golf course and beautiful parks give the place an air of nostalgia. Situated 1,890 meters above sea level, the air is cool and fresh – serene retreat from the hustle and bustle of Colombo. Acres and acres of tea with its lush green foliage extend miles across the hills, and no visit to the hill country is complete without a visit to a tea estate, and the chance to purchase some of the world’s finest flavored tea. Check-in to hotel in Nuwara Eliya for overnight stay.

DAY 4 - Nuwara Eliya / Horton Plains / Nuwara Eliya.

After breakfast go for a city tour of Nuwara Eliya to see the city sights including the market place, Victoria Park, Hill Club area and drive around Lake Gregory. Thereafter leave for Horton Plains, a protected wilderness on a 7000 ft. high plateau, via Ambawela and Pattipola by jeep. At Horton Plains, climb up to Totapola Mountain (7741 ft. high - 3rd highest in Sri Lanka), only a 700 ft. climb from the plains. Enter the National Park and stroll down the park to see World's End and Little World's End, two chasms from where the mountains plunge to the tea plantation below. Visit Baker's Falls.

Take a walk in the park and observe animals like sambur, wild boar, leopard, and other animals. And large numbers of endemic birds, butterflies, stunted trees and plants, epiphytic orchids, trees with hanging "old man's beard" or sphagnum moss. In addition rare plants like Niloo (Strobilenthus) Binara, rhododendron, dwarf marsh bamboo, etc. In the evening return to Nuwara Eliya & stay overnight at the hotel.

DAY 5 - Nuwara Eliya / Kitulgala / Colombo.

After breakfast check out from the hotel and leave for Colombo via Kitulgala. Kitulgala is where the film ‘Bridge on the River Kwai’ was filmed. Stop for lunch then proceed to Colombo and check-in to the hotel for overnight stay.
DAY 6 - Colombo / Airport.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and take off to Katunayaka International Airport to connect your departure flight to next destination.
DAY 7 - Goa

Solely for leisure shopping and individual activities or you may participate in the various recreational activities available at your resort. Stay overnight at the hotel.
DAY 8 - Depart Goa

Proceed to Goa airport / railway station for your onward journey back home.
